This pad is very comfortable. I use it both for squatting and hip thrusts. The notch is just the right amount of support on my neck for squatting and the pad has good support and cushion on the hips for hip thrusts.

The way a bottle should be
makes drinking 2L of water a day... the easy way. i havent dropped it, i stick it in the dishwasher and i only have it filled with cold or room temp liquids. i do not put in dishwasher on hot water either, its plastic, id rather not risk it because... because, i love it. it was just what i needed so I definitely would buy another as needed.

Amazing 1/2 Gallon Water Bottle!!
Finally decided to buy a reusable 1/2 Gallon water bottle and couldn't be happier. I finally get my daily gallon of water in. The water bottle has a surprisingly strong handle and easily accesible straw with a strong which prevents spilling. Definetly looking to get these for my friends who lift and workout!! The shipping was insanely fast coming in about a day after it was ordered, Amazon prime definitely is qorth the money and so was this water bottle!!!
